Welcome to How Much, a digital entertainment and creator platform headquartered in Miami Beach, Florida. These Terms govern your use of our website, media services, and casting process.
By accessing or participating in How Much activities, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and provide valid government-issued ID.
Participants must sign Model Release and 2257 Compliance Forms before any recording or casting.
Any misrepresentation of age or identity results in immediate disqualification and possible legal action.

3. Casting Process

All sessions are voluntary and recorded for production and evaluation purposes.
Participants are briefed in advance and may stop at any time.
All interviews, evaluations, and performances are conducted professionally and under the supervision of our certified production team.
Time commitment averages two hours; punctuality and readiness are expected.

4. Compensation & Ownership

Compensation is provided the same day via the method agreed in writing (cash, digital, or crypto).
Participants grant How Much a limited license to use captured footage for internal review and promotional use only after written consent.
No material is published, sold, or distributed without signed authorization.

5. Privacy & Data

We value your privacy.
Personal data, IDs, and recorded content are stored securely and encrypted.
Information is shared only with verified compliance officers or as required by law.

6. Health & Safety

Participants must disclose relevant health conditions or limitations before attending the casting.
The studio follows standard hygiene, confidentiality, and safety protocols.
If you feel unwell or unsafe at any point, notify the director immediately.

7. Consent & Conduct

All interactions are strictly consensual.
Disrespectful, coercive, or aggressive behavior from any party will result in removal from the premises.
The team includes both male and female directors to maintain a balanced and safe environment.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from participation or site use shall be governed by Florida law and resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Revised” date.
